SUMMARY:Lymphatic Drainage Massage Full Day Training
DESCRIPTION:Whether you are a practitioner looking to add new wellness modalities\, a caregiver\, or just someone interested in your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of your family\, this 6-hour lymphatic massage workshop is for you. \nThis workshop offers participants an insight on lymphatic drainage techniques. Students will learn gentle  massage techniques performed  to stimulate the lymphatic system including lymphatic facial drainage massage. These techniques aim to effectively eliminate waste by carrying away excess water and proteins from the connective tissues during and after treatment and are essential for restoring well-being after an illness or surgery and to reduce recovery times. \nWorkshop facilitator: Desiree Marcotte\, certified myomassologist (which includes reflexology\, Swedish massage & other modalities) has been practicing in the Sudbury area since 2012\, and is also a certified instructor. \nDate: Sat.\, Nov. 1\, 2025\, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. \nLocation: Spanish\, ON at The Laughing Forest \nwww.thelaughingforest.ca  \nRegistrants benefit from an interactive learning environment where they can engage with their instructor. Workshops and practical demonstrations play an integral role in reinforcing the knowledge acquired throughout the workshop. Plus\, morning Chakra Flow body movement and breathwork.
