I, your host Sari, invite you to pamper your soul, and feel renewed and revitalized.
During your holistic stay:
- You will be nourished with nutrient-dense, 100% natural, plant-based foods, and health boosters prepared by a holistic chef. Interested in learning how to cook holistically for you and your family? Make that part of your experience at no extra cost.
- You will experience gentle body movement each morning, yoga and chakra flow, qigong & other energy shifting techniques, with the option of experiencing it in the forest or on the beach in season. Your Zen evenings wrap up with gentle yoga, breathwork, a sound bath, lymphatic facial massage & other self care practices.
- You will be nurtured with a full Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage infused with Reiki. The luxurious massage includes upper body, shoulders, neck and arms. Or, you can also choose a craniosacral therapy session, full body lymphatic drainage massage or full reiki session. You can also choose to add extra spa sessions.
- You will discover new ways of relaxing into your being, and caring for your soul.
- You can enjoy nature therapy – relaxing nature walks, guided or self-guided, throughout 70-acres of enchanting forest trails, or snowshoe or kicksled in the winter if you wish. You can also experience guided labyrinth, forest meditation, ceremony and other rituals if you wish. You’ll also experience the connection and beauty of the farm and forest.
- You will have your own private room or option to stay in a yurt, trailer or bunkie during summer months.
- Enjoy a tranquil and detoxifying traditional outdoor Finnish sauna during your stay, and much more!
Rates
2-day (one night): $269+tx (includes accommodations, all meals and beverages – 2 lunches, dinner & breakfast), one full holistic spa session, and guided yoga/chakra flow, meditation and breathwork, soundbath, forest immersion, as well as access to all other amenities.)
Add additional nights: $99+tx (includes dinner, breakfast, lunch, beverages, guided evening & morning yoga/chakra flow, meditation, sound healing and breathwork, and access to all other amenities.)
1-day (no overnight stay): $99+tx (includes lunch, snacks and medicinal teas, a full holistic spa session, yoga/chakra flow experience and forest bathing). Arrival for the day any time after 8 a.m.
